Oooops!! Bought a new horse! How did that happen???

You know when you get that 'shopping feeling'? Well, was thinking it was time to have a new horse and went to have a look at a little mare who turned out to be rather tooooooo forward for me and there in the stable next to her was another little mare who somehow has wormed her way into my heart and is now mine!! How did that happen??

So excited. Can't wait to get her home.

LMAO I did that! Had decided I wanted a second horse but didn't want one for a couple more years yet. I was in a tack shop one day and saw an advert for some coloured foals - I liked Rebel who was going to make 15.2hh but snubbed Rox who was estimated to make 16.1hh. Next day I went and saw several of their horses and fell in love with Rox and bought him - the advert I had orginally snubbed was his lol!

I knew I wouldn't be the only one who did this....lol!!! She is a lovely little 14.3 - not what I was looking for - coloured, again, not what I was looking for, with a mad mane!! She is only 5, not in my origninal age range, but her temprement is wonderful for such a young horse. Very keen to listen and learn and has been produced slowly. A little bit thick through the neck but nothing that can't be worked on and a walk to rival any warmblood. Will definately post pics of her when she comes. Just not sure about her name, 'Lady' but I'm a little superstitious about changing that so will have to give that some thought.
