Like many owners I have been worried about Henry in this heat. However not exercising him at lunchtime is not an options as he needs the leg stretch to stop him from being naughty! So today we went for a nice swim in the lake (well he did anyway).
When we got back I gave him a really thorough hosing off the wash away the smell and make sure he was good and wet to keep him cool.
He then went onto the lead I have attached to my desk so he caouldn't shake all over everyone, and I left the office door open as well as the windows to encourage a nice cool through draught.
Have just turned around to see him sitting there shivering cos he was cold... paws and ears both very chilly! Have just had a quick game of rubber ring chasing to warm up.
