When I learnt I was going back to university, I offered Clarita (my best polo pony) free to my gf (well now she is my ex). Clarita would be hers, however once I was done with school (7-13 years) I would take her back if she was still alive, or had not been sold on, or they had not become too attached. She said she did not want her, and wanted this green horse which she spent a fairly large sum of money on.
Well the green horse is proving to be quite a handful, and is not going too well. Yesterday the girl I sold Clarita to, let her ride Clarita for a chukkar and according to the reports I got - my ex played really well, loved Clarita, and all in all had a fabulous time.
And to think she could have had that horse for FREE!!!
