Open day ideas?

Hi all,

I have been asked by a friend to help her relaunch an equestrian centre in South Wales. We were thinking of holding an open day to showcase the yard and facilities. We were thinking of holding demos by a known rider/ trainer as well as other events during the day. Any suggestions as to who? (bearing in mind we are in Wales).

Any ideas or thoughts would be much appreciated.
