Opinions on buying horses on the spot

Yeah as title really as someone is coming to try a horse we have for sale tomorrow and if liked want to buy on the spot however not so sure at this end
so
opinions please!

i know of horses sold like this

my advice is to create a receipt that states what the horse is being sold as clearly, thus if something happens they cant claim you sold them something different

ask questions about them and get a feel

some people just like a horse when they try it and dont like travelling too much so just like to go try, see if suitable and buy

i expect its fairly commonplace
