Opinions on livery yard in Surrey

Does anyone have any experience/opinions of a livery yard in Ashtead called Chace Farm Stud? I'm moving back to the UK from a posting in the US, and won't be able to go back to my old yard, so I'm looking for part livery in the area. My biggest priority is turn-out, which is always a problem. I need full day turnout in the winter and overnight turnout in the summer. Feel free to PM as it is sometimes difficult to be frank in public!

There is a yard called Warren Hill Farm in Hartley Wintney which I kept my horse before I moved t'up north! Anglea runs it, the facilities are ok but Angela is lovely - treats them all as if they were her own. Makes sure they have exactly what they need which includes turn out. Amazing hacking straight onto the forest, outdoor school. It's such a firendly yard I would never have left if i hadn't married a yorkshire man! If you want I can PM you her number?
