Lovely looking pony, but maybe the PC website isn't the best place to advertise. Try Horsemart or H&H instead - generally more popular for buyers.
Also he seems quite expensive! I'm sure he has many good points which make him worth this much, but maybe more in the description would increase interest, so buyers would want to pay this amount. Like amount of BSJA winnings, placings in competitions etc. And the age would help too

Just my opinion!

Have just looked at similar height and aged ponies on the PC site, its a lot of money for not much of a description. Theres a mare same height and age who has an essay of a description, needed when buying a pony for a child and its 5500.

They have advertised him in h&h and on horsedeals too, but I couldn't be bothered to find the ads as they are all pretty much the same.
However a few weeks ago they advertised him in h&h and included a more detailed description about what he has won, and they still got no intrest. Think they are trying a different angle by keeping it short and sweet so people phone up to find out more?

Our RS bought a pony that meets this description to a tee, he was £3000 with no competition experience. I know now he is probably worth around £4500, so would say very overpriced.

I dont think hes TOO overpriced i think you could probably ask 6k for him! there are ponies a lot older going for a lot more!
a genuine allrounder like that are very sought after especially in the pc world

sort of pony with bsja experience I would be looking for my daughter but would need to be a competition schoolmaster with heaps of ability for the age/price I think

omg, how much?!

has he won anything? and what level is he competing at?! picture doesnt show him very well either, you cant make out conformation, paces or jumping technique hes surrounded by a big splash of water.

i was just passing the time the other night and looked on PC website for horses for sale. most were silly money. there was one that had done no BSJA just pc rallys & teams etc they wanted £17k for it. i would say your friends is overpriced. nice though

I'd say the photo lets the ad down really, I know the pc website only allows you to use one but it needs to be a good one showing the pony off. If it is a jumping pony this should be of it jumping, and at that price it would need to be a decent fence. The proof of the price is that no one has phoned! However, ponies are making loads more money now than even a few years ago, and people will pay for a true schoolmaster.
