Opinions on this saddle...

Currently only have a synthetic dressage saddle, happy enough with it, but would like a nice leather dressage saddle as I'll be riding much more in it!

I can't tell you anything about the actual saddle however there is loads on the internet about Kay Humphries & her saddle fitting. Google her name & you'll see it all. It may help with your decision.

I personally dont like it. The seat looks very high and you may feel as though you are hovering above the horse.

college has one alot like that on an old show cob.. and i have to say it is EXTREMELY comfortable.!

i personally dont like it. sorry! i think its the suede lighter brown underneath. doesnt look quite right.

A truly fantastic saddle, if you can get this for less that £500 you will have an absolute bargain, these are seriously close contact saddles, you have absolute feel for the horse and the serge half panels give you the ultimate movement from the horse. How do I know - I will only ride in Humphries and Swain saddles and have done for the past 15 years. I have the same saddle in black on two horses. and a half panel jump saddle. if this fits your horse you will not find a better saddle for either yourself or the horse

MAybe worth trying saddles before thinking of buying. Dressage saddles are such a personal thing, it is very important to get on ethat fits both you and the horse well, no matter how nice thactual saddle is. Just my opinion though!
