On Tuesday I had two people who were really interested in viewing Castle... The first lady who rang me said Saturday would be no problem to view him at such and such location. I said I'd give her a call the next day (Wednesday afternoon/evening) to confirm if Saturday would suit me. I rung her a few times between 4 and 8 yesterday, no answer, and her voicemail is switched off. I tried to ring her a few times today as well, still no answer, so I texted her asking if Saturday at 2pm suited her to come view Castle at such and such location, and would she please call me back as I have to book the arena in advance. I got a call afterwards from a lady, and explained to her that someone else was interested to view him this Saturday. I said if the first person wasn't interested she could come down Sunday to such and such venue, and I'd give her a call Saturday evening to let her know if the first lady was interested or not. She said Sunday would suit her if the first lady wasn't interested. What should I do? Give the first lady until tomorrow evening to ring me/pick up her phone and let the second lady come look at him Sunday... or should I give the first lady a bit longer to answer her phone as there may have been a bereavement in her family or something similar? I really don't know what to do to be honest...

Agree. Make a definite arrangement for lady 2 on sunday. If lady 1 does get back to you then try and make some sort of plan for saturday but she will have to understand if you cant get the arena at short notice.

You often get this when selling, someones really interested until they see another horse advertised that they like more than yours....then they disappear.

Allow the first lady - she's not behaving like an interested buyer.

Phone 2nd lady back
