Opinions please-yet another horsebox

Please can I have your opinions on this horsebox to carry one 16hh. You've all been very helpful so far. The last one I was looking at you really put me off it, so lets try this one. I can't believe how long it takes to even find a decent one to go and look at on such a limited busget.

It looks ok , but the only thing I would say is to pay someone to give it a proper check over because what can seem ok could end up being either dangerous to you and your horse or costing a fortune to put right , good luck

It looks ok but I very much doubt it would take two 17hh, it would be overweight.

Yes I thought that too Mollywops, but I only want to carry one 16hh, so it doesn't matter too much.

Pretty good box but do agree it is likely to be overweight with 2 X 17hh, would be fine with your horse though. Also agree best get a mechanic check it for your own safety.

Won't carry 2 x 17.2 legally - but you don't want that so that's OK. Do remember to check the unladen weight though (AFTER conversion - not before).

As he's saying it's been serviced ask to see the bills. He doesn't mention replacement of all those parts, just that the service "included" them. Look for the cost of replacements on the bills to make sure they weren't just looked at!

Check when MOT is due and take someone with you to check out the mechanics and the floor and ramps.

Reason for sale is interesting given that it's being sold by a bloke!
