optimum weight?

Can anyone give an estimated weight or tell me how to estimate how much my mare should weigh?
She's 15.1 and a half anglo arab cross welsh cob and looks a bit podgy at the moment with the weightape saying she's 478/484kg.

Don't really know for your horse but I have a 14.2 TB X Polish arab and on a weight tape averages at about 400 kgs!
