Organisation of Horsebox and Trailer Owners

Anyone used these for breakdown cover???

NFU need the vehicle to be insured through them to offer breakdown cover, which is a lot more expensive than the insurers I already use

I have my trailer insured with SEIB for £13.76 a month and am also a member of Equestrian Support Services who will look after my horse and trailer in the event of my car breaking down and that was £45 for the year.

I have the box insured separately to the breakdown which is where I am having the problem... my trailer is covered by OHTO and I can credit the account when I sell the trailer.

But just wondering what people thought of the company... you can PM me if you would prefer and no comments you make will be passed on in any way whatsoever.

I have used them for 5 years (ever since bought lorry) and have called them out once when I had a front blow out on the motorway. Was pleased with the service considering I offered them a few challenges to over come but they did it and I drove off again happy safe and sound

I have fortunately only had to use them once, but have been a member for several years. Very pleased with the quick and helpful response on the one occasion I have had to call them out. Lorry insured with NFU but already had trailer cover with OHTO so just extended it to include new lorry when we got it.

I use anthony evans for the trailer and when i had the lorry i used them for that cant reccomend them highly enough they are fab
