I'm helping to organise a BRC Area Qualifier event at Leyland Court in October, it's not actually in our area but we have a shortage of suitable cross country courses in our area so needs must. It's making things a bit tricky though as we don't know any suppliers in the area and that's where you lovely people come in.

BRC guidelines mean we need a horse ambulance. We normally use someone from Hereford but he's not able to do it that weekend. Can anybody recommend a horse ambulance service please?

We also need a farrier on call - could anybody suggest one please?

We hopefully have the vet covered as B&W also cover our area so we use them quite a lot.

We'll also be running unaffiliated classes and need to drum up plenty of entries in those. Any recommendations of tack shops I can send some schedules to please?

Finally, any of you lot want a schedule? It's the Festival of the Horse Challenge so a mixture of SJ and XC - 80,90 and 100 classes - on Oct 1st

Only just seen this!

You could try asking Jason Baggs if he'd be on call... he only lives down the road really from Leyland so could pop over as needed if he's not otherwise working. Not sure about horse ambulance.

Tack shops - Pinkers and Oakley Green at Westerleigh are both quite local to Leyland.
