Here she is aged 7 weeks or so:

Think she's doing really well with no mummy, she's a real cracker! Was bouncing 4ft off the floor on all fours today as her milk was a bit late!! She's a real madam - but everyone loves her!

She lost her mum foaling about 7 1/2 weeks ago now (you don't want the details - honestly!), she couldn't be found a foster mum (the only ones offered were well over 17h and too big for the owner to handle and were both maidens that had never suckled and both around 200 miles away!) so she has been hand reared and is doing really well, she hasn't got a nanny or companion yet but they have a mare that foaled recently adn are hoping to introduce them slowly so she can play with the other foal.
She should make 16.1-16.2 by International Grade A out of a KWPN mare.

Oh bless her - so sad but so lovely to hear she is doing soooo well.

It is very very important for her to have a companion/nanny asap though (am sure you know that LOL) as we have found in the past when they weren't able to have someone to teach them the 'horsey social graces' they could become quite problematic with other horses....
