Oscar update

as I've had several PMs asking for one!

He came out of horspital on Monday night after 2 weeks (

) stay. The tarsal sheath itself was *not* infected thankfully but the joint capsule was and this was surgically flushed. He's off anti-b's and the wound is helaed and dry although his stitches are still in. There is still some localised fluid swelling (making his hock ~50% bigger than the other) which was tested and is sterile - the vet is confident it is just fluid which will disperse when he comes off box rest. He's got 10 days of boxrest left...and is SOUND!!
