After reading the post re dog food quality it has got me thinking.

Benji the 3 year old is on Purina Omega, he is very fussy with dried foods and this is the first one that i can actually get him to eat without adding meat!!! Butie the puppy unfortunatly is on Pedigree puppy food as this is what his breeder put him onto.

I had planned on changing the puppies food when this bag is coming to an end but couldn't decide which one to choose.

Have been having a look at Oscars - I like the fact that they will come round to you with samples etc and that I can get free delivery.

I would like to change both dogs onto the same brand of food so that when puppy is older I can just have both dogs on the same food.

Any thougths on Oscars or any other good brand for feeding puppies and feeding a fussy eater, that doesn't work out extortionatly expensive?

I think Spot The Risk is an Oscars rep, maybe PM her, If im right, she recommends it highly

HI ,

When i bought my puppy she was on oscars. I bought the first bag and she wasnt that keen on it, i persisted and bought a second and she really wasnt eating it so i slowly changed her onto James wellbeloved. She eats it all up now. Although my lab would eat it all! lol

The main reason i changed as well was the rep was very nice but he ran me ALLLLL THE TIME! The service is very good and they always deliver on time , but my rep just talked and talked for hours! He would come over and he would be an hour and a half! The phone calls where like 25 mins a time, and he really didnt get the picture i wasnt able to talk.
He was ever so nice so i didnt want to say " look im very bizzy please bog off/hang up" , i felt mean. So i ended up swapping the dogs over.

Now i drive 10 mins to the pet shop and buy my dog food in 5 mins with no one hour gossip session and having to make cups of tea! lol

Im a horsey girl ! I dont have time to sit about and chat all day.

I still feel mean. lol

The person that came to see me was very very helpful and spent alot of time trying to find which food my fussy lab would eat. She found a food that he liked and that I can feed my puppy too. Am getting my fist sack delivered next week as still have some of my current food to use up. If she keeps me talking I will very politely say 'i'm sorry but i'm very busy' she didn't seem the sort of person to take offence!!!
