Does anyone have the grooming stuff? I really like the look of the brushes...but that price, jeez! I've heard the Bentley slip not set are a good knock off...any opinions on that?

Treated myseld to main and tail brush - WOW is fantastic. I have never put anything other than soft body brush near her tail before and was mortified when I saw someone using a 'hairbrush', but have to say it never pulls any hairs out.

If you're wanting something similar but a teeeny bit cheeper, the john whitaker range have brought out a grooming kit that looks rather similar to the oster brushes

There isnt a huge difference in price, but they do work out slightly cheaper and still look quite swishy.

I cant comment first hand on either because I dont have them

(Oster set is on my chrimble list though!). However, a few of the girls at the yard have the oster sets and love them to bits.

I have their curved flicky brush, I like it! Haven't used their mane & tail brush - use a hair brush instead - that is when I bother to brush out their tails.

I've got the main and tail, soft and dandy brush. All lovely to handle and the horses love them too

The dandy brush is just the right stiffness and my TB doesn't object to being brushed with it anywhere. The soft brush is great for giving that final polish and for gentle heads. My mum uses the m&t brush most on her native pony and loves it. Not sure how long we've had them about a year or so and nothing has broken or fallen to pieces. Not even lost a bristle

They are brill. Bought my daughter the full set for her birthday. Trogged through all the internet sites and found Simpsons to be the cheapest on most of the brushes, combs etc etc. I ordered and paid via the internet on Monday afternoon and they were there on the door step Tuesday morning. Horsey really comes up shiney with them even with her winter coat.
