OH has gone out for the night, so I have made the most of the peace and quiet and spent the evening snuggled up on the sofa, even went to the effort of fetching the comfy bed pillows!

I sat up and leant forward to answer the phone and look who snuck in behind me and took over my spot

I'm now perched on the edge!

He has a 'thing' for pillows, he likes to sleep with his front end on one, so we gave him one of his own so it could get stinking and save ours, clearly he prefers the feather ones

And yes, that is blood on his tail

Silly tw@t went mental when my friend appeared at the gate earlier and split his ruddy tail again

He's been doing sooo well too!

You mean there are some dogs who DONT do that

I hope you are sensible and dont let him sleep on the bed, a certain white spotty greyhound nicked my warm space on the bed last night when I got up to get some headache tablets

Hmmmm, poorly my arse! He still managed to force several of his toys on my poor friend and try and steal the yummy chocolate roulade she brought with her!

Oh, I've sat on him several times! He doesn't care, OH regularly uses him as a pillow!!

Oh Otto, poor baby wiv your poorly tail.... nasty Mummy not sharing her seat

Henry did this for a while, until I sat on him a few times. He now generally moves up (or gets sat on again - it's up to him really!)

He has his own luxurious bed that he will sleep the entire night in (mainly because it's closer to the radiator than ours!) but if either of us gets up in the night he will nick the warm spot quicker than you can blink!
He also does it in the morning, I get up, give him his breakfast and the lazy toerag takes himself back to bed to lie in the warm bit until we're ready to take him for his walk!!

Sometimes I wonder if he's part-Greyhound!

He does have his own special pillow at the other end of the sofa, which is also next to the radiator!!

He's been sat on lots, he doesn't move, I think he quite likes the warmth

I think he's saying 'Woe is meeeeeee, my tail huuuuuurts sooooooo much Mummeeeeeee.... I think it might drop right off if I have to move.... doooooooom, dooooooooom' and so on in a vain attempt to win the sympathy vote
grin.gif

I was trying to take another picture of him, as he had rolled on his back and looked ridiculously comfortable! But he convinced himself he could hear someone outside and shot off to the front door....

...So I gave him a taste of his own medicine and stole back my spot
grin.gif
(Which is now all toasty warm!!)

Mwahahahahahaha!

Aww. Otto's Really cute

Our dog's started doing that, me and dad were both curled up on either end of the cough when the dog decide I was in his place and then proceeded to climb up onto me.

Well we had planned to get him a little brother in Novemeber, buut unfortunately our Landlord doesn't want any more dogs on the farm, so we weren't able too

However we are moving house sometime next year, so hoping we can convince our new Landlord that 2 is better than one
