Otto has joined George's club

Got a call from daughters YO earlier to say that Otto was showing signs of colic.Been up the yard ever since.Vet has given him pain killers a muscle relaxent and done an internal.He is currently much brighter due to all the drugs but Ash is staying up there to check him and to see how he is once the drugs wear off. I swear that horse knows when i have just cleared the vets bill for him!! I think i'll have to take Ashe's independance thing one step further (she keeps him down the road at her friends yard ) and give her his vet bills to.

Oh dear, poor Otto. Hope he feels better soon.

I think the spring grass is making itself known....

I'd like to blame the grass but otto is still on his bare winter paddock.Ash will definately have to keep an eye on him when they go on the grass.

Oh no, I know exactly how worried you must be, I was up the yard at 11.30 last night just checking George as I'm now paranoid. Really hope Otto is ok this am.
