Ouch - Proof horsey products actually work!

Bringing the horses in last night and misjudged and caught my hand on Sunny's bit as opposed to his nose when he wouldn't stand still and my index finger blew up to twice its size nice and purple

had to sit down as felt faint with my finger under the cold tap. God damn it it hurt

Friend then put some ice blue (?) on that we use after doing XC etc and boy is it cold! Thankfully this morning finger has gone right down and I can bend it again, but quite nice to know that the horse stuff does what it is supposed to

Really annoyed as was supposed to have had a lesson last night and I had ridden Pidge without the harbridge on Wednesday night and he was actually not like a giraffee and was on the bit though not tracking up, so a huge improvement to normal and I wanted to show my instructor

oh yes the little **** It had doubled the size of my finger by the time I'd tied him up and taken my gloves off

ouch poor you, finger injuries can really hurt, good to know the horsey stuff works though!

I have been known to use the aloe vera gel and arnica gel before too
