Had the vet out today as my new horse suddenly shook his leg out violently while out on a hack, I couldn't see anything but a little blood on his fetlock; However the vet pulled a 2 inch screw out from his frog

Yeah Ouch, poor chap. Here's hoping that's the last of your worries - take it he's had a big dose of antibiotics! Bet he's limping for a few days.
