Ouch!

Anyone ever pull a shoulder muscle while grooming? Mine has been sore since I got back from the barn the other day. I rode too, but had a lazy ride and pretty much just ambled around in a walk and only did a lap or two of trot...so I think it must have been the grooming?! Is that even possible?

I have pulled a muscle sweeping my kitchen floor, and once put my back out sneezing! Keep it moving gently and it should feel better soon.

Yup! I think it's where my mare is moulting im going over and over her to get the hair out so sort of a repetitive strain I think ..
