just had a call from the lady who clean/reapirs/reproofs my rugs. They are ready to collect. YAY. bad thing is £290!!

Im not arguing about the cost cos she does an amazing job its just £290 all in one go. Suppose i shouldve sent them in little groups rather than 15 in 1 go. Not bad pricing for 15 rugs - some which needed a hell of a lot of repairing.

Ouch indeedy!! But at just under £20 each for wash/reproof/repair that's not bad!

big shock when she told me the price - nearly crashed the car!!!

suppose £20 a rug is better than buying new.

guess what ive bought for Willow? do you remember the pink rug you had for H - well ive found Willow a bright purple one

I can sympathise. This year I'm doing mine in dribs and drabs, two at a time, so as to spread the cost. When you add it all up it does make a nasty total!
