Our 1st wander

Took Monty out for the first time last night, just walked up the road and back with friend walking alongside as we were losing light. He was such a good boy

A bit wobbly and couldn't work out how the hell he is supposed to get down the very slight slope out of the barn with my fat a**e on board

He was quite funny in the stable as he was a little on his toes until he had his tack on, then he seemed to say 'OMG that's far too heavy, I can't move'

Walder - He tried to beat D up so he has been evicted from the field and is going to live with the YO horses. He got very possessive over the mares

I'm hoping to do a sponsered ride on him in August but I'm going to have to take him out with a few others first to see what he is like
