OUR AMAZING EVENTER WHO IS VERY TALLENTED OVER A FENCE IS REFUSING TO DO A TEST WITHOUT NAPPING TRYING TO THROW HIMSELF ON THE FLOOR REFUSING TO GO FORWARD ETC ETC, MADE TO MEASURE SADDLE TEETH BACK ULCERS FULL CHECK ETC NOTHING TO SHOW IF YOU GET THROUGH THE TEST HE WILLJUMP FAB DOUBLE CLEAR. WE ARE AT THE END OF OUR TETHER, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. HE IS NOT OVER COMPETED AND IS PRETTY GOOD AT HOME

It sounds like it has got to be nerves. Have you tried taking him to some pure dressage comps to see how he reacts?

Ah don't feel intimidated - everyone is new to begin with!

Firstly (as has been mentioned), writing in capitals is equivalent to shouting, and is considered rude in forum-land. Always use lower case (unless you really want to shout ).

Secondly - each time a thread receives an answer it moves to the top of the board. If your thread hasn't been answered for a while it will move down and could be on the next page (or even further than that). Look towards the bottom of the page and you'll see some numbers - they relate to the different pages, click on them to move through.

There have been some good responses from very knowledgeable people on your other thread - hope they help!
