Our first dressage comp

We had a yard dressage competition today and Spring and I did the walk and trot test (

) and prelim 13.
There were about 12 in each class and we came 4th in the W+T and 6th in prelim 13.

I am so chuffed with her, she was very good and we got some nice comments,plus she got 7's for her paces and I got 7's for my riding!

We also got a couple of 8's too which I didn't expect. She said that she is very promising with lovely paces and just needs to become more balanced and consistent, which I agree with entirely.

Thanks, I am so proud of her. She tried really hard and we had some lovely moments (the piccies are on my blog), canter was a bit hairy but never mind! Hopefully (transport permitting) we are going to do a winter dressage league so onwards and upwards!
