Out full time

Mine started staying out about 2 weeks ago now, with rugs to start with but now naked day and night and will stay that way unless the weather gets hurrendous!
 
Being in the Southwest I guess our weather is warmer than other parts of the country and its been roasting the last week :)

Mine are out 24/7 and from this week we have ceased feeding hay as the grass has come through, rugs came off last week and their feed is being cut right down and next week they will go into the summer paddocks :)
 
Yes, been out for 2 weeks now. Still rugged at night at the mo as temps are dropping to 3 or 4 degrees.
It's lovely not mucking out and just poo pocking.
Just got to try and summon up the energy to scrub stables out and get all the winter rugs washed, which i do myself with a pressure washer.:eek:

Mine have been out for the last two weeks but rugged at night, i keep a close eye on the weather forecasts and if i see the overnight temp going below 3deg i will bring them in again for that night, maybe i am mollycoddling them but after 20deg in day the overnight temps must be a bit of a shock to their systems!!
 
Yes they went out last Friday.

I must admit I liked my routine (mucking out etc), I feel guilty just turning up to ride and feed etc plus all that mucking out kept my bingo wings and spare tires at bay :D
