That is ridiculous and annoying too, if they just put it in an envelope the postman could deliver without needing somebody to be around to take the parcel in 😏

Hope you give the company you bought it from some feedback!

Haha, that's Kramer all over! I order a lot from there, and I appreciate the effort put into protecting the items (seeing as they come from Germany), but I am always highly amused by the giant boxes for tiny items!

I ordered a pot of joint supplement online and it arrived last week. In a box, with an taped inner card sleeve, 3 layers of bubble wrap- again with lots of tape then the corners of the box padded with scrunched paper!!
Bloody ridiculous

I totally get what you are all saying; but having seen the way that parcels get thrown around; I would say yes a bit excessive in some cases, but the companies are probably just trying to make sure you don't get damaged goods.
