Over reach boots that won't flip up!

My share horse had to wear overreach boots in the field for a while and we used the woof wear material ones that are attached with velcro rather than rubber ones. They always stayed put. The only problem with them was they got very soggy if it was wet so if we expected rain, we plastered his heels in vaseline to avoid cracked heels. We used the double closure velcro ones as it's a bit more secure than single fastening.

westrop 'petal' over reach boots (think you can get from shires) they're the old 'clicky clacky' ones from when we were kids but now easier to do up/undo and softer rubber so less noisy. Mine all have them and PPP turns out in hers as her mare is a clumsy bogpony! never rub and never turn up but splay out so no build up of mud or snow and if they get damaged you just pop one of the spare petals on and they are good as new! I sould like and advert! I'm honestly not I just really rate these boots lol, one thing from childhood that got better as we got older!
