I have a german warmblood that has been regestered with the Warmblood society and has a raised embossed stamp over my name is this an overstamping and is it legal and an Irish sports horse that i just regestered with Horse Sport Ireland this now has a red stamp over my name Do I need to send it somewhere in The British Iles to get an embossed stamp ie overstamping The BHS has says it cannot overstamp a passport it hasen't issued but they sent me a form requesting a £20 fee i am totally confused is it to do with coming out of the EU in October Vicki

The Irish Horse Register one is fine. It's co-registered with the Northern Irish Horse Board so as long as the passport is in your name, it's fine.
Which warmblood society is it? If it's one in Europe, you'll need to send it to a PIO in the UK - the AES might be a good one. They will stamp it with their ID and register your horse with them.
