I phoned about a horse and wanted to view it next day. She was insistent that I waited until the weekend when there would be more horses for me to view. She phoned on the Friday night to say the horse had been sold. I was really upset.
My OH has had several horses from them over a 10 year period: if they didn't suit him they went back and a replacement was found, and they were all as described. The last one we had I evented last season and he was fab, and much admired. She now knows us well enough that she will ring if she has something that she knows will suit OH.
Buyer beware as usual. Be honest about your abilities and what you want, and take someone sensible with you if your money is burning a hole in your pocket.
Thanks. I have almost always bought from dealers, so Im not the impulsive type and know a hard sell a mile off. If they have anything I like in the future I might pop along and see whats on offer.
I've been there and bought one, the vet wasn't happy with it and they had it back and refunded me. A friend bought from them and she is happy with the horse, although its not my cup of tea. They don't lie and always exchange if you aren't happy.
They are as good as any high turnover dealers I think.

I'll second that. All have gone lame, none have passed vetting, some silly people I know who brought horses from there that failed vetting kept them and the problems (obviously) got worse and others appeared. Their hroses are nicely schooled but seem to have a neurotic side and are often lame or have back problems.
