At my new yard I am going to be paying £45 a month and that covers me for 9-10kg of forage per day alongside daily turnout (conditions permitting).
My mare is only going to be stabled in the winter and hopefully only overnight, but she hasn't been stabled before and I'm wondering if she's really going to get through that much hay every day.
She's quite fat at the minute but she isn't very big, maybe 14.3hh.
What do you think she should be getting weight wise overnight? This will likely be from 6-7pm until 8-9am the following morning.

She probably doesn't need that much depending on how much grass there is but you need to try and give her enough so it lasts all night, at a guess she will be in the region of 475-500 kgs so at 2% of her bodyweight the 10kg would do her for a 24 hour period.
I would give her as much as possible for the first few nights to help her settle and ensure she does not go hungry then scale it down depending on how much she eats and how good the grass is, once we get into the colder weather you can increase if she needs and wants more.
I tend to feed most of mine adlib in the winter they tend to monitor themselves once they realise it is not restricted and eat less quickly.

My 14h and 14h3 go through 7-8kg overnight with nets going in at 10pm and turnout at 7am. I use rule of thumb of 1kg and hour so they are never stood without.
