Overreach boots

Bree has a couple of old overreach scars on her front heels do I'm thinking that she could do with some boots now she's starting more work.

Any suggestions or will the cheap rubber ones be the best bet?

I just use cheap rubber ones - make sure you get velcro fastenings though otherwise they're a pain to put on!!

I think i must have tried them all, but always go back to the good old cheap rubber ones.

I would only use the rubber ones with horses unshod behind, as she is 'known' to over reach I would want to go for something with a little more protection. PE / Eskadron / Woof etc all do nice ones - good luck !

i bought a pair of the fun coloured ones from norton with the Velcro fastening.
so far, so good

I now use these ones as my horse had a nasty injury earlier this year.

I use neoprene ones but also just the rubber ones work well, Bud mostly wears them to stop him pulling a shoe which he is quite prone to without them.

Have some looovely premier equine ones though for posh xc parties!
