Overstamping with IDHS (GB)

I have just bought a horse with an Irish passport and is sire is an ID. How do I go about getting his passport stamped with IDHS so i can show him in the ID classes. I know he needs at least 25% ID breeding but does the sire need to be registered with IDHS first?

If the sire is RID - or one of it's parents is RID - it's no problem. Contact the IDHS (GB) PASSPORT ADMINISTRATOR
