I’ve just found a new combined painkiller (ibuprofen and paracetamol) which might help..Neuromol. Hope you heal quickly and feel better soon.

Arnica really does work for bruising, both topically (cream) and pills, and I'm a massive "alternative" skeptic. Hope you don't feel too sore.

I mixed up my Aloe with Arnica, it’s the latter you need as everyone has said.

Ok just finished the yard. I have arnica pilules 30 old but taken two, I have some arnica gel for the horses and ibuprofen cream, I will go search their first aid see what else I got. The horse has no concept of space, prob never taught to be mindful of humans, nice owner just a pushy mare at certain times. Found some arnica gel for the horses

elbow is killing me still cannot raise arm up and swelling on hand same, waiting for other bruising to come out

Sadly yes. I cannot lift my arm up to put my scrunchy on so hubby had to do it, then had to get him to poke my hair through my cap at the back. My hip not showing bruising yet but painful to lie on. Hand not so sore but still swollen and black. Knees grazed but not too bad. picture shows my elbow this morning, putting rugs on was hard as was mucking out. Why do we woman love these creatures so much.

The to add more pain I got a thigh crap when I got up.
