P&P for a Hay Bar?

How on earth do I work that out? I want to put it on ebay, but have NO idea what to say about P&P - I mean I can't send it parcel post - can I? It's HUGE but quite light. Any ideas much appreciated!!

PMSL!!! I could, this is true! It is damaged though......... Need to download piccies off phone - will pm them to you if you like - won't be till tomorrow though. Pillow is calling atm
