Paddy is becoming a teenager!!!

so paddy is coming up to 6 now and i have noticed a change in him recently.

He was never a snuggly horse but he would give me his head so i could brush around his forlock etc.
NOW he tries to eat my brushes or me!!!

He has tried to barge out of the stable a couple of times.

I went to muck him out today and i had trainers on and he stood on my foot......... Do you know i think he did it on purpose


He did go to the field over xmas to play (i had no choice i was taken into hospital ) But since he has come back hmmmmmmmm

Is he the right age for this?? or do you think he is punishing me for leaving him out with the snow

definitely sounds like an attack of the kevins to me. Candy was the same at that age.He still does it occassionally now but usually if his routine has changed a little to what he was happy with,such as bad weather meaning him having had to stay in. As long as you are consistent in handling him and don't allow him to be naughty you will get though it all just fine!
