I'm having new stables built and when done I want to paint them, black at the bottom and white at top. The walls are concrete blocks. Been looking at masonry paints but not many black ones.
Any other suggestions of what to use?
Last stables have a black sealant type paint, but the problem with this was it took months to fully dry, and the horses often ended up with sticky black bits on them which didn't wash off! Not great with white horses.
Thanks

yes as above Wickes do black paint

Also any of the larger stores with the Dulux colour mixing service will ahve a masonry paint base that can be made in to your choice of colour - its not cheap but its good paint and you could have dark blue, green or burgundy which can look very classy. My stable is white with a burgundy stripe around the bottom :)

Much as I would love mats on walls, with 8 Stables to do it'll Cost too much! I'll check wicked and home base online as none of them nearby.
Thanks all.
