I spent today painting horse shoes

First are the photo horseshoes

and then are the gem horseshoes

Photos don't really do them justice, I may have to make one for myself, I love them

Thats good, I suggest soaking them in water overnight to get the dirt off

Just silver metal paint, Hammerite is it ?

I have saved one each of my old horses and hope to get them painted and mounted with a little nameplate on each one day. My dad has one like this of Bradbury Star's shoes.

I spray paint a few of mine gold but putting a picture behind them is an amazing idea, thanks for sharing these i think you have inspired alot of people into doing something new!
