Panacur 5 day

Giving my horse Panacur 5 day as he has pinworm. As usual, come on here to read about this particular wormer, read horror stories and now worried he is going to colic or something awful. I hate the Internet!

Anyways, he is a fussy eater and doubt he will eat it in his food, can I syringe it in as I would with a normal wormer?

You could try but its much runnier so may prove difficult unless he is very easy to get the syringe in his mouth without most coming back over you

i have never had problems with panacur 5day.i put it in the feed and mix with apple juice from a carton.if a bit is left in the botton of the bucket (rarely is) i put another handful of feed and apple juice till they have had it all.
