Hi all
Just wondered if anyone else entered the Pang Valley XC Fun Ride that was supposed to go ahead today? We entered last week and paid £88 for 4 riders to take part, sent off the entry with the cheques and a phone number. Drove there today (1 hour drive) and low and behold the damn ride was cancelled!! I cant believe they did not even call us to let us know! When we rang the contact number on the day, there was just a message to say it had been cancelled! The schedule is still up on the hunt website to add to the cock up!
This is one frustration of our industry - the 'customer service' we should all demand is sadly not always apparent, especially considering the time, effort and not to mention money that we spend on such events...
