panicking! en route to the farm!

just got a text from sharer saying she was bringing fox in and his back end just kind of collapsed! she said its like he was walking half asleep and just fell but got up and kept walking like nothing had happened. shes assured me hes fine and is munching away in his stable but im going up anyway to check him. dont think its normal for that just to happen!

what could have caused it? any one else had this? should i get the vet? sorry for all the qs!

Get the vet, they can explain it, and a blood test done. If it turn's out your horse was maybe just really half-asleep, at least you were doing the right thing by him.

It's what I would do anyway!

okay guys thanks, sharers saying he was dozing when she was getting him and he fell just as she asked him to walk so he was probs just sleepy, but sharer got some fright!

One of mine has actually gone base over apex before when i didn't realise he was snoozing and went to walk off with him, he's nodded off on the yard in the sun before now and nearly fallen over, only happens in the hot weather thankfully.

Well he seemed completely fine, took him a walk inhand and all seemed normal, going to keep him in tomorrow and get the vet if he seems even a little off. But he seems totally okay. Such a strange animal.
