Pannels farm Chertsey?

Where is it? I looked at the map and thought I had worked out where it was but could I find it? NO!!!!

Anyone care to point me in the right direction?

If you come from st peters hospital go straight over the two mini round about and right at the 3rd (opposite sir william perkins school) its sign posted for an industrial estate I think. Then its down there on right hand side up a track.Its a lovely yard, shame so close to m25

that's exactly where I went and I still couldn't find it. There were fields with gates on them but I couldn't see anything else. Well I have to try again.

if you go up the lane bit there is a gate to the yard
