Paper for Bedding

Anyone use it? What do you think?

Im on it at my new yard and think I quite like it!

must admit im not that keen on paper. I find that it gets wet so much quicker, flys all over the yard when you're mucking out plus it is harder to get rid off. But some people like it. My personal preference is a big deep straw bed

Yea, must admit, its not easy to keep tidy! Think I might go back to Easy Bed. We're not allowed Straw at this yard.

hi its ok wouldnt use it if i had a choise i used it for my loan pony that i had as she had allagys to straw and shavings she couldnt have anything dusty even a little dusty

Paper takes about 10 minutes to muck out a full bed and set fair again (much faster than straw or shavings!) is completely dust free, and one bale costs about half the price of a bale of shavings! Bonus!

I had it for a while, but i also found it difficult to keep tidy, much prefer shavings

I used to use paper and didn't really like it (although we shredded our own so it wasn't quite like the bought stuff). Found it less absorbent than shavings and heavy when wet.

Tried it for our pony who has a serious dust allergy. Found it went everywhere, was horrible to muck out and ended up in a real mess. Took the lot out and put pony onto Bedmax shavings - absolutely no dust and he is fine.

I like the dust-free bit, and the cost, but I can't stand the mess!
