My friends little 2.5 year old Cob has gone very thin again with his gastric ulcers and is back on Gastro Gard etc. But now he has Paraphimosis too probably due to his poor condition. Does any one have any experience of this..??? At the moment we are spending several hours a day massaging his bits to attempt to put it back in the sheath but it just swells up again :-( He is being seen by the vet obviously but wondered how other people have dealth with this..??
