I am looking to box out 2 geldings for some nice quiet off rode hacking. My area is not well equipped with bridleways so we have decided to venture further afield.
A little road work is fine but we would like circular routes if possible, and safe parking for a landrover and trailer.
Does anyone have any recommendations/suggestions or can you point me towards a particular area? I would be happy to pay a small 'parking fee' if necessary if on private land.

Thanks in anticipation... also posted in for Southeast for Oxfordshire peeps.

PM me and I can give you directions for riding on the estate I grew up on in the Cotswolds. My mother is still there - you'd have access to 5000 acres of set aside and woodland with no gates!

What about Cirencester Park? There used to be a map of all the gateways but I can never find it anymore. :(

There is lots of parking (on side of road) in Sapperton and then the Old Saw Mill has like a little wooded area that you can probably get into?
