Parliamentary hunting debate print

I have seen a print previously of hounds, terriers etc on each side of the House of Commons debating the hunting bill.
There are terriers holding placards.
Does anyone know who the artist is?

I think you are thinking of the one by Mick Cawston,- he died a few years back, but you can still find the prints.
