Parpy pants dog- smells like poo :(

Over the last week our Mal has been farting lots- but the worst thing is that it smells like poo and is horrid. She is happy and healthy- fed 2 times daily. Any ideas why it smells so rancid?
 
Rosie has stinky farts if we so much as changed the flavour of her food. When she was on commercial food anything with pasta in made her stink. Now we have to steer clear of tomatoes (I know! but she adores tomatoes!) because they make her smell like shes pooed herself. Pigs ears do it too. The problem has been halved since I started making her food myself though.
 
Henry gets quite stinky at times, I add a dollop of natural yogurt to his tea now as I have heard this can help. I shall let you know how I get on!
 
Hm she's on Royal Canin Mature Large Dog- I wonder whats inside it that makes her stinky- oh an on a sat she gets a beef bone from the butchers to clean her teeth on... and thinking about it we use Pedigree chum training treats for her re-call reward (I think these have cheese in them?) I know its only farting but it smells like she has poo'ed in the house and not pleasant for guests!
 
Could the bone have been off? (do bones go 'off' ??

I hope not! As Our shin beef came off the bone! The butcher de-boned it for us then and there! Although OH did have a poorly tum on sunday (valentines day-great
