I have a really nice middleweight hunter mare that is 1/8th Cleveland Bay with the rest being TB and warmblood, her great grand sire was a stallion called Mulgrave Supreme. Is she eligible to compete in part-bred CB classes. I looked at the part bred CB classes at the GYS but they just have classes for in-hand partbreds. Do any shows have partbred CB ridden classes?

plenty of shows dont have anything specifically for CB's at all! :(
I'm lucky in that I know where to look - but dont know about Leeds area, sorry!

What kind of passport has the horse got (im assuming a sports horse one or something) - Maybe give the Cleveland Bay people a ring?

This is what the website says:
" Registration

The Society also maintains a register for part-bred horses. To be eligible a horse must have at least one great, great, grandparent entered in the stud book. (MULGRAVE SUPREME DEFFO IS!!!)

If you have an unregistered pure or part-bred the Society will be pleased to help you in the registering of your horse. This will enable you to enter classes at shows throughout the country and to compete with your horse in the Society's show and performance horse competition.

Registration with other bodies should not replace registration with this Society. If registration with the British Horse Database is necessary for you to compete in certain disciplines this can be arranged through this Society by the over stamping of Society registration documents."
