part exchange?

i am finding it hard to sell my horse, as are a lot of people, so i was wondering if anyone with experience of how easy it is in part exchanging their horses (either private or trade)?

Sorry not going to be that much help but have experience with "swapping" a horse - private to trade! I swapped my thoroughbred mare for a WBxTB at a well known stud farm. All I can say is do it as it was the best think I've ever done!

Relistically it was hard work organising the "swap" as there was a few contracts etc.. that needed sorting before the "swap" took place. No money was involved, as there would be in a exchange persumably. Good luck
